New MI Bridges Information and Assistance

The new MI Bridges platform is available and can be accessed through after you click “Apply for benefits” and fill in the information, you will see the New MI Bridges landing page.

Both the old MI Bridges and the new MI Bridges landing page will be available through until May 2018, thereafter, we will only have the New MI Bridges landing page.

As a reminder, only registered users can access the new MI Bridges. If you have not registered and received your own CP-ID through the new MI Bridges, please contact us and we can provide assistance with this process. You can follow up with your Network Specialist Nicholas Goodman or via phone at 517-853-2382, Sara Jackson 517-853-2372 or Lyndsy Gamet at 517-853-2379.

After helping a client create an account, please remember to select “Connect With Navigator” in the lower right-hand corner, and enter your CP-ID. A screen sample is included below for reference.

MDHHS’ website has a few tips on how to get started on the new platform. They have job aids designed to help you get started on helping a client. These job aids are: Assist a client with Applying for Benefits Assist a client with Help Me Find Resources, and Manage My Case. The website also has how-to-videos. These videos are: Manage My CaseHelp Me Find Resources, and Apply For Benefits.
